3D cube-shaped floor in marble mosaic

A 3D cube-shaped floor in marble mosaic combines classical tradition with balance and modernity.

Marble mosaics with geometric lines are, in general, ornamental elements of great richness that also represent an exquisite taste for detail and harmony. It is not surprising that a floor of these characteristics usually captures all the attention of those present.

Marble, better than ceramic

A marble pavement is made with 100% natural material and stands out for its elegance. No two pieces of marble are alike because it is the hand of nature and not of man that has shaped each fragment’s coloring and veining over the millennia.

Natural stone never goes out of fashion; indoors and outdoors, it resists the passage of time very well.

Increasing the value of the property

Marble tiles are not serially printed, they do not repeat patterns, and nothing in them conveys artifice. Therefore, a floor forming 3D cubes in a marble mosaic will enhance the property’s value and turn the space into something unique.

Marble work in mosaic format has always been considered a craft and, at many moments in history, has been elevated to the art category.

Impeccable mosaic of geometrical patterns

The layout of a floor forming 3D cubes in a marble mosaic cannot be left to chance. As we have mentioned, natural stone gives rise to unique pieces that, even coming from the same block, can be different from each other. The oscillations of the tone of its base or the capricious course of its veins determine the individuality of each piece of marble, without exception. This is why an expert’s eye is required to assemble them optimally.

Dry laying of marble mosaic tiles

To obtain a harmonic overall aesthetic and avoid chromatic incongruities, the specialists at TINO Natural Stone carry out a process called dry paving.

The paving is carried out in our facilities. We number each tile of the future covering or floor and classify it by zones. This layout is reflected in a plan that will serve as a guide for the installers once on site.

The installers, when they arrive at the construction site for reasons of space and time, cannot carry out the tile planning in situ. Therefore, the best option is to provide them with pre-numbered packages and tiles to facilitate their work.

The objective is to guarantee the best possible final result, maximizing the beauty of natural stone.
