Fosile Brown Nerinea

Muestra - Fosile Brown Nerinea - Sample

Fosile Brown Nerinea.

Fosile Brown Nerinea is a brown limestone with macrofossils inside in the shape of a sea snail. It has an exceptional base in earth tones due to the high number of marine vestiges that it contains. The main mineral of its composition is calcite in 98%.

The beauty of this limestone lies in the great state of conservation of its mollusks,  and you can appreciate the conical shape of their shells at first glance. The creation of Fossil Brown Nerinea happened between the Jurassic and the Cretaceous, at a time when millions of specimens of snails settled on the seabed.

The surface of this natural stone shows a heterogeneous exterior of great chromatic richness in which the brown and ochre tones coexist, punctually ornamented by small veins of white, beige and coral.

The exotic aesthetics of Fossil Brown Nerinea offer exclusivity to interior and exterior cladding and custom-made premium flooring. It is a 100% natural material selected by architects and designers for large residential and luxury hotel projects.
